Support during the pilot
For teachers and administrators already using TAKI. Include the school and, if it is about a specific class, which one. Never a student’s name.

Please do not put a learner reference number, a full name, or a grade in an email. If a question is about a specific student, say which school and which class and we will arrange a way to look at it that does not put the record in an inbox.
