Three things that are already true
None of them is a price. All of them are commitments the project can actually keep at its current stage.
No per-student billing is planned
Whatever the model turns out to be, it will not be one that makes a school hesitate to enrol a student. That much is a design constraint.
You will not be surprised
Schools taking part in the pilot will be told what happens to their data and their access before anything changes.
